What Safehold Does
Safehold strengthens the parts of your home that are tested first during forced entry: doors, frames, and glass. We focus on physical reinforcement, not detection or subscriptions. The goal is to make entry harder, slower, and more likely to fail at the point of contact.
We do not sell or install alarm systems, cameras, or monitoring. We reinforce existing structures so that when force is applied, the door, frame, or glass resists.

Where We Serve
We serve Toronto citywide and the Greater Toronto Area. That includes neighbourhoods across Toronto (downtown, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, East York, York) and core GTA cities such as Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and Burlington. We also commonly serve Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Milton, and Newmarket.
If you are near Toronto, we likely serve your location. Send your postal code or city when you book and we will confirm coverage.
How the Process Works
Every plan starts with an assessment. We look at your layout, access paths, and how entry would realistically occur. From that we recommend which upgrades will have the greatest impact: door frames, glass, sliding doors, or a combination.
Upgrades are tailored to your home. We do not apply generic packages. You get clear recommendations and tradeoffs so you can decide what fits your situation and budget. Work is one-time physical upgrades designed to last.

Alarms, Cameras, and Monitoring
Safehold does not install or monitor alarms, cameras, or smart home systems. We focus only on physical reinforcement: stronger doors, frames, and glass.
Some homeowners add cameras through other providers for visibility or evidence. That is optional. Physical reinforcement remains the foundation of what we do and works whether or not you have any other systems.
What We Reinforce
We reinforce the components that fail first in forced entry:
- Door frames. Strike areas, hinge lines, and anchoring points so the door resists kick-in instead of splitting.
- Glass. Security film so glass holds together during impact, increasing time and noise required to get through while keeping normal appearance and light.
- Sliding doors. Anti-lift protection, track reinforcement, and locking upgrades so patio doors resist lifting, prying, and impact.
We also offer safe room installation in existing spaces for an internal layer of protection. High-security locks and strike upgrades are discussed during assessment when appropriate.

Subscriptions and Fees
There are no subscriptions or monthly fees. Safehold provides one-time physical upgrades. You pay for the assessment and the work we do. There is no ongoing monitoring, no app, and no recurring charge. The improvements are part of your home and designed to last.
Getting Started
Book a security assessment. We come to your property, review access points and construction, and recommend which reinforcements will have the greatest impact. You receive clear options and pricing. From there you decide what to proceed with.
You can book through the form on the homepage, call or text the number on the site, or use the contact page. We serve Toronto and the GTA and will confirm your area when you reach out.
Doors: Replace or Reinforce
Often we reinforce the existing door and frame: longer screws, metal behind strike plates, frame anchors, and hinge upgrades. If the door is hollow-core or damaged, we may recommend a solid-core or upgraded door as part of the scope. Reinforcement is usually hidden so finish and appearance can be preserved.
Windows and Glass
We apply security film to glass so it holds together when struck. That increases the time and effort needed to get through and keeps the look of the window. Film can be used on windows and glass doors, including patio doors. Thickness and placement are chosen based on glass type, size, and risk.
We do not replace windows as a standard offering. We reinforce existing glass. For higher threat levels we offer ballistic-grade options; these are discussed during assessment.
Costs and Pricing
Pricing depends on what we find in the assessment: which doors, frames, and glass need work and what level of reinforcement is appropriate. We do not publish fixed package prices because every home is different. After the assessment we provide clear scope and cost so you can decide what to do. There are no hidden fees and no subscription costs.
