- Related physical security improvements
Safehold does not provide emergency response services, security guard services, or direct monitoring services.
3. Performance and Expectations
Safehold services are designed to improve physical resistance and increase the time required to gain entry.
No product, upgrade, or installation can guarantee prevention of all break ins, theft, or unauthorized access. Results vary based on construction, installation conditions, force applied, and other factors beyond Safehold’s control.
Safehold makes no guarantees that a structure will be impenetrable.
4. Existing Conditions
Safehold works with existing doors, frames, glass, and structures.
We are not responsible for:

- Builder grade construction limitations
- Pre existing misalignment or installation errors
These conditions may limit the effectiveness of reinforcement and will be disclosed when identified.
5. Estimates, Quotes, and Billing
Any pricing provided prior to on-site assessment is preliminary.
Final pricing is confirmed after physical inspection, measurement, and material evaluation. All services are one-time hardware and installation services unless otherwise stated in writing.
Safehold does not charge recurring monthly fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Safehold’s total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Safehold is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property, loss of use, or loss of income.
